We at Aham Natural strive to ensure that your wellness products reach you in perfect condition, on time, and with complete transparency in the delivery process.
1. Shipping Address & Contact Details

Please provide the correct pin code, full shipping address, and active phone number during checkout to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Our delivery partners may contact you for directions or to confirm your availability.

Orders with incomplete or inaccurate addresses may be delayed or returned to us.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is placed, it undergoes a thorough quality check before being securely packed using high-grade packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

In rare cases, processing may take longer due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Timelines

Metros & Tier-1 Cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Other Locations in India: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Remote & Difficult-to-Reach Areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on your pin code, courier partner performance, and external factors like weather or logistical disruptions.
4. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders above ₹699: Free shipping within India

Prepaid Orders below ₹699: ₹180 shipping charge

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you make payment.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking ID and courier partner details.

You can track your order on the courier partner’s tracking page.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking details to become active.
6. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.

You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
7. Delivery Attempts & Returns

Our delivery partner will make up to three attempts to deliver your order.

If delivery fails due to your unavailability or incorrect details, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Undeliverable Locations

While we ship to most pin codes in India, service availability depends on our courier partners and local laws.

If your pin code is currently unserviceable, you will be notified at checkout or contacted by our support team.
9. International Shipping

At present, Aham Natural ships only within India. We are working on expanding our international delivery network.
10. Change of Delivery Address

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a change of address by contacting us at support@ahamnatural.com.

Once dispatched, address/communication details changes cannot be accommodated.
11. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or missing item, report it within 3 hours of delivery by emailing support@ahamnatural.com with photos of the package and product.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
