Aham - Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Aham Natural, your satisfaction is our priority. While we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel, return, or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and process for cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

  • You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped by emailing support@ahamnatural.com or calling our customer support at 9900062366.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

  • Orders placed using discount vouchers or loyalty credits will have those benefits deemed as used and non-refundable.

After Shipment:

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may, however, be eligible for a return (see Section 2).

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We accept return or replacement requests in the following cases:

  1. Wrong product delivered.

  2. Damaged or leaking product received.

  3. Product past or near expiry (less than 1 month shelf life remaining).

  4. Product not matching its description or characteristics.

Note: Issues such as flavour preference, minor packaging variations, or general dissatisfaction without product defect are not valid reasons for return.

Eligibility Conditions:

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery (damaged/missing items should be reported within 3 hours).

  • Product must be unused, unopened, with original seals, labels, tags, and invoice.

  • Free gifts or promotional items received with the product must also be returned in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or partially used products.

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page.

  • Temperature-sensitive or personalised wellness items.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

  1. Email support@ahamnatural.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return/replacement

    • Clear images of the product (showing batch number, condition, and packaging)

  2. Our team will verify your request within 72 hours.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or, if unavailable at your location, request self-shipping (courier cost reimbursed up to ₹100).

  4. Product must be packed securely in original packaging to avoid damage during return transit.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following situations:

  • Cancellation before shipment.

  • Returned products verified as eligible under this policy.

  • Out-of-stock items after your order is confirmed.

  • Failed delivery due to incorrect/unreachable address, refusal to accept delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Refund Timelines:

  • Prepaid orders: 7-10 business days from verification (additional 2–3 days for bank processing).

  • Wallet credits (if applicable): credit in 24 - 72 hours , valid for 3 months.

Refunds will be made only to the original payment method only.

5. Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability; if unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns if products do not meet eligibility criteria.

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot resell returned consumable products; hence it is a loss for the company, please ensure you are certain before opening.
